Ms Effie Panagiotounakos is an Associate of our Firm and a member of our TMT, Digital Business and Data Protection Practices.
Effie advises clients on a wide array of commercial, regulatory and administrative law issues. She focuses on the areas of consumer protection law, data protection, TMT, information technology, outsourcing, e-commerce and intellectual property. She actively participates in GDPR projects, taking part in “data mapping” workshops, conducting Gap Analysis Reports and implementing GDPR compliance programs.
Her Master’s studies on international law touched upon a variety of subjects, ranging from public international law and international dispute settlement, to international humanitarian law and corporate social responsibility.
