She provides advice on data protection, cybersecurity and digital regulation compliance, with expertise in digital / emerging tech and online platforms.
She regularly advises on the overlap with other regulatory areas such as consumer protection, telecommunications law, and media regulation. Her practice also extends to wider technology regulation as well as consumer regulation work, particularly where there is a crossover between data subject transparency and consumer contract terms for a product / service.
