Evi Provida

Evi Provida is an Associate of our Firm and a member of our TMT, Digital Business, and Public Procurement/Administrative law Practices.

In the context of our procurement law practice, Evi supports clients through all stages of the procurement process and handles litigation both at the pre-award and post-award stage. She is heavily involved in the Firm’s administrative and civil law litigation, focusing on matters related to the licensing of mobile networks and lawful installation and operation of radio base stations and masts (antenna sites).

Evi participates actively in consulting projects, where she advises clients on a wide array of commercial, regulatory and administrative law issues. Her advice focuses on the areas of consumer protection, digital platforms, data protection, TMT, and e-commerce.

She regularly advises on the overlap with other regulatory areas such as consumer protection, telecommunications law, and media regulation. Her practice also extends to wider technology regulation as well as consumer regulation work.
