Effie Panagiotounakos

Effie Panagiotounakos is a Senior Associate of our Firm and a key member of our TMT, Data Protection, and Digital Business Practices. She specialises in the fields of data protection, cybersecurity and technology law.

In particular, she specialises in data protection matters (with extensive experience in implementing GDPR compliance programs), cyber security incidents (including data breach response, regulatory engagement and litigation), technology related disputes and media/digital platforms consulting and disputes.

Effie also advises clients on a wide array of commercial and regulatory issues, focusing on the areas of artificial intelligence, cloud computing, outsourcing, e-commerce, consumer protection law, and information technology.

Effie is certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals: Certified International Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E).
