Ms Sonia Papakonstantinou is an Associate of our Firm and a member of our TMT, Digital Business and Data Protection Practices.
She focuses on the areas of data protection, technology, intellectual property and competition law. She actively participates in GDPR projects, taking part in “data mapping” workshops, conducting Gap Analysis Reports and implementing GDPR compliance programs.
Sonia advises clients on a wide array of commercial and civil law aspects. She specializes in competition and civil/commercial law and her legal advice focuses on disputes arising from trademark infringement, commercial agreements, unfair competition, breach of contract, claims and tort.
