Eva Moustaka

Ms Eva Moustaka is an Associate of our Firm and a member of our Intellectual Property, Digital Business & Data Protection Practices.

Eva focuses on the areas of Intellectual Property, new technologies, digital law and data protection. In particular, she is specialized in copyright and cultural property law, dealing, inter alia, with copyright protection and infringement issues, while also covering the full array of intellectual property law, assisting clients in protecting their intellectual property rights from infringement, counterfeiting, misappropriation and unfair competition. In addition, she helps companies evaluate and manage intellectual property risks; provides strategic advice on intellectual property protection and enforcement programs; works with clients in the restructuring of intellectual property assets; and helps guide companies through branding and licensing strategies.

Eva consults on various commercial and corporate matters and drafts commercial contracts and legal documents. In this regard, she has worked as a trainee lawyer at the Legal Council of the State and her subsequent law practice mostly concerned Civil and Administrative Law.

She actively participates in GDPR projects, taking part in “data mapping” workshops, conducting Gap Analysis Reports and implementing GDPR compliance programs.

Last, she is the contributor to the Kluwer Copyright Law Smart Charts, while she is also the author of a number of contributions in books and articles (in Greek, English and French).
